Our Land and Development operation is led by Alan Hilditch, whose grandfather was a founding partner in the business. Following a successful introduction to his sales career with a world-leading engineering company, Alan joined the family business and has developed a wealth of experience and knowledge from over 20 years structuring land and development deals varying in size and complexity for a range of clients locally and across the area.
