There are many reasons our clients sell their land to us. Some need to free up equity for other expenses or to invest money in more lucrative areas. Land may have been inherited and is not required, leading to non-productive maintenance costs. Other clients may feel the land could be developed but do not want to tackle the process of applying for planning permission, or may find the prospect of developing the land daunting.
